Only damages for past and future loss of earnings may be awarded
151G Only damages for past and future loss of earnings may be awarded
(1)
The only damages that may be awarded are-- (a) damages for past economic loss
due to loss of earnings, and
(b) damages for future economic loss due to the
deprivation or impairment of earning capacity.
(2) This section does not
apply to an award of damages in an action under the Compensation to Relatives
Act 1897 .
