Applicants appeals-Heritage Act
10 Applicants appeals-Heritage Act
(1) Section 70 of the Heritage Act 1977 does not apply to an applicant who is
dissatisfied with a determination of a kind referred to in that section in
relation to an application concerning an item (within the meaning of that Act)
at Walsh Bay.
(2) Section 76 of the Heritage Act 1977 does not apply to an
applicant referred to in that section who, but for this subsection, would have
a right of appeal arising from the making of a prescribed application (within
the meaning of section 56 of the Heritage Act 1977 ) in respect of the doing
or carrying out of an act, matter or thing at Walsh Bay.
