WASTE AVOIDANCE AND RESOURCE RECOVERY ACT 2001 - SECT 11
Delegation
11 Delegation
(1) The Director-General may delegate to an authorised person the exercise of
any of the Director-General’s functions, other than this power of
delegation.
(2) In this section:
"authorised person" means: (a) a member of the staff of the Department, or
(b) a person of a class prescribed by the regulations.
