WILDERNESS ACT 1987 - SECT 26

26 Effect of Crown lands legislation

Nothing in the Crown Lands Consolidation Act 1913 , the Closer Settlement Acts, the Western Lands Act 1901 or any Act replacing them, affects:

(a) the operation of section 20, or

(b) the terms of a wilderness protection agreement relating to land held under any of those Acts.
