New South Wales Consolidated Acts New South Wales Consolidated ActsWhere the Ministerial Corporation is, by its officers, servants, or agents, in occupation of a work to which this Part extends, the Ministerial Corporation shall, subject to the provisions of this Part, have the quiet enjoyment and sole and exclusive use of the said work and the water contained therein or conserved or obtained thereby as against all persons whomsoever, and shall be entitled to make such charges for the supply or use of the said water as may be prescribed.
