New South Wales Consolidated Acts New South Wales Consolidated ActsIn this Act, except in so far as the context or subject-matter otherwise
indicates or requires:
"Crown lands" has the meaning given to that expression in the Crown Lands
Consolidation Act 1913 .
"environment" includes any one or more of the following:
(a) land, air and water,
(b) any organic or inorganic matter and any living organism,
(c) human-made or modified structures and areas,
(d) interacting natural ecosystems that include components referred to in paragraphs (a) and (b)."exercise" a function includes perform a duty.
(a) the local land board constituted under the Crown Lands Act 1989 for the land in relation to which the provision applies, or
(b) if the land in relation to which the provision applies is land for which there are 2 or more local land boards, such one of those boards as the Ministerial Corporation may nominate."Ministerial Corporation" means the Water Administration Ministerial Corporation constituted by the Water Administration Act 1986 .
