indicates or requires:
"Board" means Board of Management elected under the Private Irrigation
Districts Act 1973 .
"instalment", in relation to a fee, means an instalment of the fee payable in
accordance with section 20PA.
"private district" means private domestic and stock water supply district or
private domestic and stock water supply and irrigation district constituted
under the Private Irrigation Districts Act 1973 .
