Cancellation of charges
58B Cancellation of charges
(1) The Compensation Fund Corporation may cancel a charge created under
section 58A at any time for good reason.
(2) The cancellation of a charge on
land does not take effect until the Registrar-General registers the
cancellation of the charge.
