VETERINARY PRACTICE ACT 2003 - SECT 40
Form of complaint
40 Form of complaint
(1) A complaint must be in writing, must identify the complainant and must
contain particulars of the allegations on which it is founded.
(2) The Board
may require the complainant to provide further particulars of a complaint.
(3) The Board may require the complaint and any further particulars provided
to be verified by statutory declaration.
(4) The Board may refuse to
investigate a complaint if the complainant does not comply with a requirement
of the Board under this section.
