VETERINARY PRACTICE ACT 2003 - SECT 38
Persons who may make complaints
38 Persons who may make complaints
(1) Any person (including the Board) may make a complaint against a
veterinary practitioner in respect of the veterinary practitioner’s conduct
as a veterinary practitioner.
(2) Complaints (other than complaints made by
the Board) are to be made to the Board and are to be lodged with the
Registrar.
(3) The Board may direct the Registrar to provide reasonable
assistance in making a complaint to a person, or a person belonging to a class
of persons, specified by the Board from time to time.
