70K Relationship with other provisions of this Act
(1) This Part has effect
despite anything in this Act.
(2) Special arrangements entered into under
this Part have effect despite anything in Part 5 (including, but not limited
to, sections 48, 49 and 55) and any other provisions of this Act.
