Valuation for compulsory acquisition
68 Valuation for compulsory acquisition
(1) The Valuer-General is to
determine, in accordance with the Land Acquisition (Just Terms Compensation)
Act 1991 , the amount of compensation to be offered to an owner of land for a
compulsory acquisition of the land under that Act.
(2) Any such determination
does not affect, and is not affected by, any valuation of land made by the
Valuer-General under this or any other Act.
