Assessed annual value for purposes of other Acts60 Assessed annual value for purposes of other Acts
The assessed annual value of land determined under this Act is taken to be the assessed annual value of that land for the purposes of the following Acts--
(a) the Landlord and Tenant (Amendment) Act 1948 ,
(b) the Strata Schemes Development Act 2015 ,
(d) the Sydney Water Act 1994 ,
(e) the Water Supply Authorities Act 1987 .
