Deduction of allowances
14J Deduction of allowances
(1) In determining the land value of land, there is to be deducted the amount
of any allowance or allowances ascertained under Divisions 3 (Allowances for
profitable expenditure) and 4 (Allowances for subdivision).
(2) If more than
one provision of this Division is applicable to the determination of land
value in a particular case, the applicable provisions apply cumulatively.
