VALUATION OF LAND ACT 1916 - SECT 14EE
Certificates of land value
14EE Certificates of land value
(1) The Valuer-General may issue a certificate to any person certifying
details of an entry in the Register of Land Values.
(2) The Valuer-General
may determine: (a) the means by which a certificate may be issued, including
electronically, and
(b) the form of a certificate, including as a document or
in an electronic form or a form that may be produced from an electronic
message.
(3) A certificate under this section is conclusive evidence, as at
the date specified in the certificate, that the details in the
Register of Land Values in relation to a particular matter are as set out in
the certificate.
(4) The Valuer-General may determine: (a) the means by which
an application for a certificate may be made, and
(b) the form of an
application, and
(c) the fee to be paid for a certificate, and
(d) the means
by which the fee may be paid.
