Apportionment factors can be objected against
14BBC Apportionment factors can be objected against
(1) An objection under Part 3 may be made against a decision of the
Valuer-General-- (a) to ascertain an apportionment factor in respect of any
land, or
(b) not to ascertain an apportionment factor in respect of any land,
or
(c) as to the amount of an apportionment factor in respect of any land,
in
the same way as an objection may be made under that Part against a decision of
the Valuer-General as to the valuation of any land.
(2) An objection referred
to in subsection (1) may be made on any ground that is relevant to the
decision concerned.
