"approved person" means a person to whom a declaration in force under section
6 applies.
"Director-General" means the Director-General of the Department of State and
Regional Development.
"owner", in relation to land, means any person having an estate or interest in
the land.
"permit" means a permit that is in force under section 8.
"survey" has the same meaning as in the Surveying Act 2002 .
