VOCATIONAL EDUCATION AND TRAINING ACT 2005 - SECT 42
Inspectors
(1) The Board may appoint any of its officers to be inspectors
for the purposes of this Act.
(2) A certificate of identification, in such
form as may be approved by the Minister, is to be issued to each inspector.
