VOCATIONAL EDUCATION AND TRAINING ACT 2005 - SECT 37
Offences relating to advertising of courses for overseas students
(1) A
person must not falsely advertise or otherwise falsely represent that a person
is or has been approved by the Board to provide a course for
overseas students.
(2) A person must not advertise or otherwise represent
that a person may, will or is to be approved by the Board to provide a course
for overseas students.
Maximum penalty: 200 penalty units.
