UNIVERSITY OF WESTERN SYDNEY ACT 1997 - SECT 5

5 Establishment of University

A University is established by this Act, consisting of:

(a) a Board of Trustees, and

(c) the staff of the University, and

(d) the graduates and students of the University.

Note: The University is a continuation of the University established by the University of Western Sydney Act 1988 . Refer to Schedule 4.
