UNIVERSITY OF WESTERN SYDNEY ACT 1997 - SECT 36

36 Exemption from membership of body corporate

A student or graduate of the University or a member of staff of the University is entitled to be exempted by the Board, on grounds of conscience, from membership of the body corporate of the University.
