UNIVERSITY OF TECHNOLOGY, SYDNEY, ACT 1989 - SECT 8
The Council
(1) There shall be a Council of the University.
(2) The Council is the
governing authority of the University and has the functions conferred or
imposed on it by or under this or any other Act.
