UNIVERSITY OF SYDNEY (LAW SCHOOL SITE) ACT 1967 - SECT 3

3 Vesting of land in the University of Sydney

(1) The land described in the Schedule to this Act shall, on and from the commencement of this Act, vest in The University of Sydney for the same estate and subject to the same reservations, exceptions, provisions, restrictions and conditions as are set forth in Crown grant dated the twelfth day of April one thousand nine hundred and sixty-five and registered Volume 9972 Folio 191.

(2) For the purposes of the Conveyancing and Law of Property Act 1898 , the land is to be taken to have been the subject of a Crown grant on the same conditions as are set forth in the Crown grant referred to in subsection (1).
