UNIVERSITY OF SYDNEY ACT 1989 - SECT 28
Advisory councils
(1) An advisory council may be constituted for an academic college.
(2) An
advisory council is to consist of no fewer than 10, and no more than 20,
members.
(3) The members of an advisory council are to be appointed by the
Senate.
(4) An advisory council has such functions as may be prescribed by
the by-laws.
