UNIVERSITY OF SYDNEY ACT 1989 - SECT 2

2 Commencement

(1) This Act (section 40 (2)-(4) excepted) commences on a day or days to be appointed by proclamation.

(2) The provisions of section 40 (2)-(4) commence on the date of assent to this Act.
