Act to prevail over other Acts and laws
6 Act to prevail over other Acts and laws
(1) This Act has effect notwithstanding any other Act or law to the contrary.
(2) Nothing in this Act affects the operation of: (a) the
Radiation Control Act 1990 , or
(b) the Occupational Health and Safety Act
1983 .
