Chief Commissioner may repay unclaimed money to owner
24 Chief Commissioner may repay unclaimed money to owner
(1) The Chief Commissioner may repay unclaimed money paid to the Chief
Commissioner under this Act to any person who is determined under this Part to
be the owner of the money.
(2) A notice under section 21 (1) is to be
accompanied, or followed as soon as practicable, by the appropriate repayment
(if any).
