13D Publication of information relating to unclaimed benefits
(1) The Chief Commissioner is to cause to be published such information as
appears to the Chief Commissioner to be sufficient to give reasonable
notification of--
(a) the existence of each sum of unclaimed superannuation
benefits paid to the Chief Commissioner under this Part, and
(b) the identity
of the beneficiary (if known).
(2) The Chief Commissioner may determine the
method by which such information is to be published. For example, the
information may be published in the Gazette or on the Internet (or both).
