13 Liability in respect of unclaimed money
(1) An enterprise that pays unclaimed money to the Chief Commissioner in
compliance with this Act is relieved from all further liability (other than a
liability arising under any other law) in respect of the money concerned.
(2)
However, this section does not operate to relieve an enterprise from--
(a) any
obligation to comply with section 11 or a requirement, notice or direction
under Part 5, or
(b) liability in respect of money paid to the Chief
Commissioner in purported compliance with this Act if the Chief Commissioner
repays the money to the enterprise under Part 4.
