New South Wales Consolidated Acts New South Wales Consolidated ActsA person who is examined as a witness before a court in any proceedings for an offence under this Act is exempt from any criminal or civil liability in relation to that offence if the person receives from the court a certificate in writing to the effect that the person has made true and faithful disclosure to the best of the person’s knowledge of all things as to which the person has been examined.
