New South Wales Consolidated Acts New South Wales Consolidated ActsThe Trust shall make arrangements for the preservation and custody of the Methodist Church Register of Trustees for New South Wales referred to in section 27 of the Methodist Church (N.S.W.) Property Trust Act 1969 , and any extract purporting to be an extract from that register in or to the effect of the form contained in Schedule 5 certified under the common seal of the Trust shall without the production of that register be received and taken in all legal proceedings and in all dealings with land and on all occasions whatever as sufficient evidence of the several matters comprised in the extract in so far as they may relate to the land specified in the certificate.
