UNITARIAN CHURCH ACT 1927 - SECT 3

3 Membership of the congregation

(1) The following persons shall be members of the congregation:

(a) every person who was a member of the congregation at the commencement of Schedule 15 to the Statute Law (Miscellaneous Amendments) Act 1984 , and

(b) every person over the age of 18 years who is admitted as a member of the congregation in accordance with the rules after that commencement.

(2) Notwithstanding subsection (1), the congregation may at any time by special resolution expel any member from the congregation.
