New South Wales Consolidated Acts(Section 7 (2))
All that piece or parcel of land having an area of 3 roods 37¼ perches, situate in the parish of Petersham, county of Cumberland, and State of New South Wales, being part of 126 acres granted to the University of Sydney on the 18th day of January, 1855: Commencing at the north-western corner of the land of Saint Paul’s College described in Schedule number Six; and bounded thence on the south by the northern boundary of that land bearing north 82 degrees 17 minutes east for 504 feet, thence on the east by a line bearing north 7 degrees 43 minutes west for 85 feet, thence on the north by a line bearing south 82 degrees 17 minutes west for 504 feet, and thence on the west by a line bearing south 7 degrees 43 minutes east, to the point of commencement.
