New South Wales Consolidated Acts New South Wales Consolidated ActsThe Municipal Council of Sydney shall have the free right of using for the purpose of sewerage and drainage the lands described in Schedule Five which form part of the lands described in Schedule Two with the right to make and forever hereafter to repair and maintain all such sewers and drains therein as may be reasonable and proper, making good nevertheless at their own expense all damage and disturbance which may be caused to the surface of the said land.
