New South Wales Consolidated Acts New South Wales Consolidated ActsThe land described in Schedule One, forming portion of land granted to the University of Sydney, shall be and the same is hereby vested in the Municipal Council of Sydney for an estate in fee-simple upon the same trusts and with the same powers and subject to the same limitations as if the said land described in Schedule One had formed part of the land described in Schedule One to the Victoria and Rushcutter’s Bay Parks Act 1910 .
