New South Wales Consolidated Acts New South Wales Consolidated ActsAn Act to carry into effect the exchange of certain land between the Municipal Council of Sydney and the University of Sydney; to provide a new road; to validate a transfer and subgrant to Saint Paul’s College Trustees of certain college lands, portion of land formerly granted to the University of Sydney; to authorise a subgrant to the Women’s College; to settle and declare the trusts upon which the land granted to the University of Sydney by the Crown grant dated the eighteenth day of January, one thousand eight hundred and fifty-five, now remaining vested in the University, shall be held; to amend the Victoria and Rushcutter’s Bay Parks Act 1910 , and certain other Acts; and for purposes connected therewith.
