TAMWORTH TOURIST INFORMATION CENTRE ACT 1992 - SECT 4

4 Council may construct and operate certain tourist facilities

The Council of the City of Tamworth is by this Act authorised to construct and operate the following structures on the surveyed land, after the date of publication of the notice referred to in section 3 (2):

(a) a tourist information centre and ancillary facilities,

(b) an interchange facility (or terminal) for passenger coaches and buses.
