TAMWORTH TOURIST INFORMATION CENTRE ACT 1992 - SECT 3

3 Survey of certain land

(1) The Council of the City of Tamworth may cause a survey to be made to determine the boundaries of the part of the land described in Schedule 1 that is:

(a) referred to in the second recommendation of the Select Committee of the Legislative Assembly upon the Bill for this Act, as set out on page 3 of the report of that Committee, and

(b) shown shaded on the map set out in Appendix C to that report.

(2) The Director-General of the Department of Conservation and Land Management, if satisfied as to the accuracy of the survey, must cause a notice setting out those boundaries to be published in the Gazette. The land comprised in those boundaries is referred to in this Act as the "surveyed land".
