Effect of suspension
44 Effect of suspension
(1) A suspended licence does not authorise the licensee to carry on the
business of a tow truck operator during the period specified in the notice
suspending the licence.
(2) A suspended drivers certificate does not
authorise the certified driver to do anything during the period specified in
the notice suspending the certificate that would require the person to
otherwise hold a drivers certificate.
