TOW TRUCK INDUSTRY ACT 1998 - SECT 35

35 Variation of conditions

(1) The RTA may amend a licence or drivers certificate:

(a) by varying any conditions specified in the licence or certificate, or

(b) by adding specified conditions to the licence or certificate, or

(c) by omitting specified conditions from the licence or certificate.

(2) The RTA may do so on application by the licensee or certified driver concerned, or as the RTA otherwise thinks fit.

(3) If the RTA decides to amend the licence or drivers certificate, the RTA must notify the licensee or certified driver concerned in writing of the amendment.

(4) Any such amendment takes effect on and from a date specified in the notice, being a date not earlier than 7 days after the notice is served on the licensee or certified driver concerned.

(5) The RTA may not vary or omit a condition referred to in section 20 (2) or 29 (2).
