TOW TRUCK INDUSTRY ACT 1998 - SECT 30

30 Drivers certificate fees

(1) The RTA may, by order published in the Gazette, determine fees for the granting of drivers certificates.

(2) Without limiting the generality of subsection (1), the RTA may determine:

(a) different fees for different classes of drivers certificates, and

(b) different fees for granting a drivers certificate to a person for the first time and for any subsequent drivers certificate.
