TOW TRUCK INDUSTRY ACT 1998 - SECT 27
Grant of drivers certificate
(1) The RTA may determine an application for a drivers certificate by granting
a drivers certificate to the applicant.
(2) A drivers certificate authorises
the certified driver to carry on the kind of towing work that is specified in
the certificate.
(3) A drivers certificate cannot be transferred to another
person.
