TOW TRUCK INDUSTRY ACT 1998 - SECT 22

22 Term of licence and renewal

(1) A licence continues in force for a period of one year from the date on which it was granted or such shorter period as may be specified in the licence, unless it is sooner revoked or suspended or otherwise ceases to be in force.

(2) A licence may be renewed from time to time by making an application for a subsequent licence in accordance with this Act.
