TOW TRUCK INDUSTRY ACT 1998 - SECT 21

21 Licence fees

(1) The RTA may, by order published in the Gazette, determine fees for the granting of licences.

(2) Without limiting the generality of subsection (1), the RTA may determine:

(a) different fees for different classes of licences, and

(b) different fees for granting a licence to a person for the first time and for any subsequent licence.
