TOW TRUCK INDUSTRY ACT 1998 - SECT 19
Grant of licence
(1) The RTA may determine an application for a licence by granting a licence
to the applicant.
(2) A licence is to be in the approved form, and must
specify the name of the licensee and the licence number.
(3) A licence
authorises the licensee to carry on the kind of towing work that is specified
in the licence.
(4) A licence confers no right of property and is incapable
of being transferred, assigned or mortgaged, charged or otherwise encumbered.
