Making nomination for provisional listing
30 Making nomination for provisional listing
(1) Any person may nominate any
species for provisional listing in Schedule 1 or 1A.
(2) A nomination must be
in writing addressed to the Chairperson of the Scientific Committee and must
include any information prescribed by the regulations.
