Transitional-effect of changes to list of vulnerable species
113C Transitional-effect of changes to list of vulnerable species
(1) An
amendment to the list of vulnerable species does not apply in respect of an
application for a licence duly made under section 92 before the amendment took
effect.
(2) This section ceases to apply in respect of an application for a
licence at the end of the period of 12 months after the application is made.
