THOROUGHBRED RACING ACT 1996 - SECT 4

4 Establishment of Racing NSW

(1) There is established by this Act a body corporate with the corporate name of Racing New South Wales.

(2) Racing New South Wales may, in the exercise of its functions, use the name “Racing NSW”.
