(2) An interim closure order must be served on the person
apparently in charge of the premises (if any) or be posted in a conspicuous
place at the entrance to the premises.
(3) An interim closure order takes
effect from the time it is so served or posted and has effect for a period of
72 hours, unless sooner repealed or revoked.
(4) More than one
interim closure order closing the same premises may not be made under this
section in any period of 7 days.
