TATTOO PARLOURS ACT 2012 - SECT 23

23 Changes in staff members

(1) It is a condition of an operator licence that the licensee must, within 20 business days after a change in staff employment, give written notice to the Secretary of that change.

(2) There is a
"change in staff employment" for the purposes of subsection (1) if--

(a) a new staff member is employed to work at the licensed premises, or

(b) a staff member ceases to be employed to work at the licensed premises.

(3) The regulations may make provision for or with respect to the changes in staff employment that are (or are not) required to be included in a notice under subsection (1).
